Assess students' ability to apply SWOT analysis and SMART goal-setting to construct a coherent three-year professional development plan: analyze internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats for a chosen career path; convert that analysis into 3–5 SMART goals with measurable milestones, timelines, success metrics, and contingency strategies; and explain how each goal advances career progression and relevant professional competencies.
