Assess ability to design and apply a complete Landsat + GIS workflow to quantify urban heat island (UHI) intensity and identify land‑cover drivers. Scope includes preprocessing (radiometric/atmospheric correction), thermal band LST retrieval and emissivity correction, land‑cover classification and indices (NDVI, NDBI, impervious surface), spatial analyses (zonal statistics, buffers, regression or hotspot analysis), accuracy assessment, temporal comparison, and interpretation of uncertainty and driver attribution.
