Test students' understanding of the physical, biological, and anthropogenic processes and feedbacks that control coastal wetland response to sea-level rise — including sediment supply and transport, tidal inundation, vegetation productivity and trapping, organic matter accumulation and peat formation, surface and subsurface subsidence, migration limits, human interventions, thresholds, timescales, and interpretation of simple models or metrics.
