Tasks will require identifying symbols using a legend, describing locations with positional language (next to, behind, left/right, near/far), selecting or tracing simple routes between landmarks, and explaining why a location is placed where it is. Focus on comprehension, spatial vocabulary, and basic map-reading reasoning appropriate for Pre-K–Grade 2.
