Assess students' understanding of proportional relationships across graphs, tables, and equations by having them determine whether relationships are proportional, identify the constant of proportionality/unit rate, interpret slope and the origin requirement, complete missing values in tables and graphs using y = kx, write equations from data, and convert between representations; items are aligned to Grade 6–8 with moderate reasoning and application.
