Assess learners' ability to apply integrated, multidisciplinary methods to identify, prioritize, and mitigate cyber-physical threats to critical infrastructure. Scope includes systems-engineering threat modeling and safety-security tradeoffs; selection and implementation of technical and operational cybersecurity controls; alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements; risk quantification, residual-risk communication, and lifecycle verification; and development of scenario-based mitigation and incident-response plans that balance availability, safety, and legal obligations.
