Assess students' understanding of competitive, noncompetitive, and uncompetitive inhibition by testing recognition of molecular binding sites (active site vs allosteric vs ES complex), reversible inhibition, and the characteristic effects each has on Km and Vmax; include interpretation of Michaelis–Menten and Lineweaver–Burk plots and basic analysis of experimental data to distinguish inhibitor types and predict apparent Km and Vmax changes.
