Assess the educator's ability to design and implement competency-based assessment frameworks for micro-credential and continuing education programs for adult learners, covering competency specification and mapping to learning outcomes and industry standards, creation of valid and reliable performance-based assessments and rubrics, mastery thresholds and assessment pathways (formative, summative, and PLA), use of portfolios, simulations, and digital badges as evidence, scalability and quality assurance for accreditation, and use of assessment data for continuous improvement and learner-centered delivery.
