Assess students' ability to apply knowledge of primary paints (red, blue, yellow) to create secondary colors. Tasks include identifying which primary pairs make orange, green, and purple; predicting outcomes from given mixing proportions; conducting simple hands-on paint-mixing activities to match target secondary hues; and explaining or demonstrating adjustments (more/less of a primary) to change shade or temperature. Content limited to basic mixing, observation, and age-appropriate reasoning for Pre-K–Grade 2.
