Assess students' ability to apply basic perspective (one- and two-point), relative size/overlap, and shading techniques to create depth in a simple drawing. Tasks include composing foreground, middle ground, and background elements, placing a consistent light source, rendering form and cast shadows with value changes, and briefly explaining how their choices create depth. Scoring focuses on use of vanishing points, proportion scaling, consistent light direction, value gradation, and age-appropriate shading methods for Grades 3–5.
