Assess students' ability to analyze the effects of conditional cash transfer (CCT) programs on educational attainment and intergenerational social mobility in Latin America. Test tasks include synthesizing empirical evidence on short- and long-term impacts (enrollment, attendance, progression, completion, learning outcomes), evaluating identification strategies and data sources (RCTs, diff‑in‑diff, RD, IV), identifying mechanisms (income effects, conditionality, labor supply, supply-side responses), examining heterogeneity by context and subgroup (urban/rural, gender, poverty), critiquing threats to causality and external validity, and formulating policy recommendations or improved research designs using representative country cases (e.g., Progresa/Oportunidades/Prospera, Bolsa Família, Familias en Acción).
