Test understanding of interdependencies and failure-propagation mechanisms, risk-modeling approaches (network analysis, agent-based and probabilistic methods), scenario design and interpretation of system diagrams/metrics, and evaluation of mitigation and resilience strategies (redundancy, isolation, failover, emergency response, and cyber defenses). Include applied tasks: identify weak points, predict cascade pathways, and justify prioritized interventions and policy trade-offs.
