Assess ability to apply laboratory quality control (QC) procedures to identify and resolve anomalous test results, including interpretation of control charts and Levey-Jennings plots, root-cause analysis of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical errors, instrument calibration and maintenance checks, reagent and lot verification, corrective actions, documentation, and effective communication in a clinical laboratory context.
