Assess students' ability to analyze how running, jumping, climbing, and balancing use different muscle groups (legs, arms, core) and how each activity changes breathing and heart rate; students will identify which muscles are active, compare expected breathing and pulse changes, make simple before-and-after counts or observations during short playground trials, and explain in age-appropriate words or drawings why movement type and intensity alter breathing and heart rate.
