Assess graduate students' understanding of core concepts, interactions, and governance trade-offs in the sustainable food–energy–water (FEW) nexus. Test their ability to identify cross-sectoral linkages and feedbacks, evaluate policy and institutional options, analyze equity and resilience implications, and apply conceptual frameworks or short case examples to justify governance strategies that balance competing resource demands.
