Assess the ability to apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to redesign a university-level course module for diverse learners. Identify learner variability and barriers in an existing module, propose concrete modifications across the three UDL principles (engagement, representation, action & expression) including instructional activities, assessment strategies, materials, and technology supports; justify choices with evidence or UDL guidelines; and specify measurable metrics to evaluate effectiveness and scalability for neurodiverse, multilingual, and resource-variable student populations.
