Tasks include selecting appropriate CNs from land use and hydrologic soil group data, computing S and initial abstraction, calculating runoff for specified rainfall events, quantifying changes (absolute and percent) in runoff and runoff-generation potential, and interpreting implications for flood risk and basic mitigation options; include sensitivity to CN variations and event magnitude as appropriate.
