Assess students' ability to analyze psychosocial and environmental determinants influencing exercise adherence in adults with chronic disease. The quiz will test application of theoretical frameworks (e.g., Social Ecological Model, Health Belief Model, COM-B), identification and measurement of barriers/facilitators (self‑efficacy, social support, built environment, access), interpretation of evidence from study designs, and critique or design of targeted interventions to improve adherence.
