Assess evidence on the comparative effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of school-based versus community-based interventions for reducing adolescent obesity; evaluate equity impacts across socioeconomic, racial/ethnic, and geographic groups, ethical issues (consent, privacy, stigma, autonomy), measurement and outcome choices, implementation barriers, and policy implications to recommend context-sensitive strategies supported by research and stakeholder perspectives.
