Assess students' ability to apply demographic, geographic, transportation, and local economic data to select the best site for a new community center. Students will interpret maps, charts, and short datasets (age distribution, population density, flood risk/land use, transit routes and road access, nearby businesses and funding sources), weigh trade-offs, and produce a written recommendation with evidence-based justification and brief implementation considerations.
