Assess ability to apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to modify undergraduate lesson plans so they meet diverse cognitive, sensory, linguistic, and mobility needs: identify barriers in a given lesson, propose specific adaptations across multiple means of engagement, representation, and action/expression, integrate assistive technologies and formative assessment strategies, and justify choices with evidence-based rationale and expected learner outcomes.
