Test students' ability to analyze initial velocity versus substrate concentration data to estimate Km and Vmax (using appropriate methods such as Lineweaver–Burk, Eadie–Hofstee, or nonlinear regression) and to classify the inhibitor type (competitive, noncompetitive, uncompetitive, or mixed) from changes in kinetic parameters and plot behavior; scope includes quantitative parameter estimation, interpretation of plots, and reasoned justification of inhibitor classification for undergraduate-level enzyme kinetics exercises.
