Assess the ability to design a competency-based, culturally responsive introductory undergraduate engineering curriculum that integrates project-based learning, targeted formative assessment strategies, and learning analytics to improve retention of underrepresented students; scope includes defining measurable competencies, creating PBL modules and inclusive rubrics, planning formative feedback cycles and analytics-driven interventions, and outlining pilot implementation and evaluation metrics.
