Scope: hypothalamus, pituitary (anterior/posterior), thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal cortex and medulla, pancreas (islets), pineal, ovaries, and testes; key hormones such as insulin, glucagon, cortisol, adrenaline, thyroid hormones, PTH, growth hormone, prolactin, melatonin, estrogen, and testosterone.
